Must read before ordering
◎ Wrinkle phenomenon
Due to the feature of the material, surface wrinkles are a natural phenomenon. The time it takes for the wrinkles to straighten out may different depending on the usage environment, and it will straighten out naturally after 5 to 15 days.
◎ Mat lift phenomenon
The mat is packaged and delivered in roll form, which may cause the mat to lift. Please place the rolled mat in your room and place other large surface goods such as comforters on the mat. Over time, it will straighten out naturally.
◎ Color/Pattern
Due to the manufacturing process, there may be slight differences in color and pattern depend on temperature, humidity, and pressure.The pattern location may different for each product, and the pattern may not continue naturally after construction.
◎ Storage method
When rolling the mat, make sure that the top of the mat is facing outwards. Do not roll the mat with the bottom side facing out, as this will create strong wrinkles in the mat.
◎ Notes on exchanges/returns
∙ Exchanges/returns are not possible after mat cutting.
When repackaging for exchange or return, the item must be rolled up and packaged in its original condition with the top of the mat is facing outwards to allow for exchange or return.
If you roll it and send it with the bottom side visible, the wrinkles will be strong and returns/exchanges/refunds will not be possible.
Cautions for use
- Please be careful as color transfer may occur when using highly pigmented oil-based pens, colored pencils, jeans, fruit juices, or other contaminants for a long time.
- If heavy furniture, sofas, etc. are placed on the mat for a long time, the resilience may be damaged, so please be careful.
- Be careful do not directly contact with fire, hot objects, harsh chemicals, etc.
- The product may be damaged by using sharp products, high-temperature heating, or steam cleaners.
- Depending on the period of use and environment, the product may discolor, deform, or lose its foam.
- Please use on a completely dry floor.
- If moisture gets on the mat, wipe it off immediately. Do not soak the mat in water or wash it.
- If there have moisture between the mat and the floor, it may cause mold and damage to the floor, so lift the mat regularly to ventilate and dry it.
- Be especially careful not to allow children or dogs to lick or bite the product.
- When storing the mat, roll up the top of the mat is facing outwards and store it away from moisture.
About exchanges and returns
- Exchanges and returns are only possible within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please be sure to check the product immediately upon receipt. - In case of exchange/return due to defective product or incorrect delivery, shipping costs are borne by the company.
- Exchanges and returns are not possible due to simple change of mind, slight scratches, incorrect order, absence of recipient, etc.
- Exchanges and returns are not possible in the cases below.

– In case of customized products or similar products - If you simply change your mind, you must pay all round-trip shipping costs, and additional costs related. When returning a product, be sure to consult with the seller before proceeding, and please package the product in its original condition to return.
- Exchanges and returns are not allowed due to color, height difference, pattern, etc. that may occur due to product characteristics and manufacturing process. (See below.) If you wish to exchange or return the product, please note that it will be treated as a simple change of mind.
1) There may be slight height differences depending on the production lot.
2) Colors may appear different depending on lighting or light, and there may be slight color differences depending on the production lot.
3) Due to the manufacturing process, the position of the pattern may different for each product, and the pattern may not continue naturally after construction.
4) Due to the feature of PVC material, wrinkles are a natural phenomenon. It may take 1 to 2 weeks for the wrinkles to straighten out.
5) Due to the feature of product, there may be a peculiar odor, please use it in a well-ventilated place for at least 1-2 weeks.
6) There may have contraction and relaxation depending on temperature. It is a natural phenomenon that cushions become hard at low temperatures or mats are lifted when heated, and hardness and lifting are alleviated as temperature changes and time passes. - When repackaging for exchange or return, the item must be rolled up and packaged in its original condition with the top of the mat is facing outwards to allow for exchange or return. If you roll it and send it with the bottom side visible, the wrinkles will be strong and returns/exchanges/refunds will not be possible.
